We normally work with clients over a number of years and have developed a solid framework to help you get started which is typically 90 days. Then, we can look at longer-term work together.
We love to help our clients get results. To see them be able to go after their goals confidently. Knowing that anything is now possible.
When you feel stuck in some area of your life and don’t know how to move forward, exposing yourself to different experiences can be very helpful. You need to get out of your head and that will only happen when you do something different. Something you are not sure how to do. Something that will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and force you to meet new people and learn new things. You will then find very quickly what feels right and what doesn’t.
Give yourself permission to experiment for a period of time. Don’t have expectations. Just do it for the sake of doing it and monitor how you feel along the way. Start journaling your experiences, emotions, things you liked, things you didn’t like.
Be curious and question yourself why. Why do I feel this way? Why didn’t I like that? Why did I love that? Why did I laugh then? Just observe, don’t judge. Let yourself be.
Having a coach, an accountability partner, a person with expertise and resources can help you speed up this process.

What We Will Work With You On:
Instead of simply coaching for the sake of coaching, we have mapped out some clear strategies to help you get traction quickly, gain momentum, and then be able to build POSITIVE HABITS over a few months. We work with clients all over the world, remotely or in person.
Initial Call (15 – 30 mins.)
The first step in your success is to determine if we are a FIT for each other. Our ultimate goal is to be a valuable resource for you, an investment rather than an expense. And that you are the right person for the program.
During this call, we would like you to share with us briefly your challenges, the reason(s) why you decided to get started with this and the desired outcome(s) you would like to see at the end of this program.
This is a no-obligation call. We will be very honest and we will only accept those individuals who are ready.
Session 1: Situation Analysis
The purpose of the first session is to get a sense of where you are and where you want to go.
We will help you see things you may not be seeing and give you our PERSPECTIVE on your world.
This will help you explore your situation completely and set the stage for success in the program.
We are going to dive deeper into your current situation:
- What is happening?
- Why is this happening?
- What might the triggers be?
- What is this costing you?
- What does tomorrow look like?
- What does success mean for you?
We will work to help you find your blind spots and unresolved issues and seek out the compelling reason why you are doing this. This reason will keep you motivated and focused.

Session 2: Taking care of the basics
We have seen so many clients struggle because they were not taking care of the BASICS which were impacting all the other areas in their lives.
Often, you may not have the foundations in place so you can then work on the larger transformations. We will help you identify these basics, and create the right starting point for the deeper work.
Food, Shelter, and Health are the three main basic human needs. In order to be your best self, you need to make sure that these needs are properly covered.
Your body and your mind are the most powerful tools you own. Every life event, every decision, and action have a huge impact on your overall physical and mental health.
It DOES NOT make sense to get started doing anything else if this is not taken care of.
Trust us, we have seen it so many times. That’s why this session is so important.
During this session, we will identify your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to these three basic needs. The goal is to make sure that you are utilizing 100% of your power.

Session 3: Creating your tomorrow
Now that you are aware of the basics, let’s describe your dream life.
This session is all about VISUALIZING the life you want to have and we will help you create a powerful vision using our questions and tools. You may not be fully aware of your full potential.
We will help you be as specific as possible.
During this session, we will guide you through the process of visualizing what that bright future would look like for you.
This is an inspiring session that will get you out of your head. Dreaming is such a powerful exercise! It will bring all kinds of new ideas, motivation, and possibilities into your life.

Session 4: Let’s make it happen
Howdy! Now that we have explored where you are and where you want to go, it’s time to start to get to work on the key areas of your life.
It’s time to create a PLAN to get you there.
During this session, we will help you create a specific and actionable plan that fits your current lifestyle.
It’s not about adding more stuff into your calendar. We know that your calendar is already full.
“Control your calendar, don’t let it control you”
Let’s harness the POWER of organization to spend less time doing the boring stuff, so you can create more time to work on what really matters to you.
The secret is to do more with less. With your goals in mind, we will help identify what activities are important and which ones are not, give you tools to monitor what you are doing, and help you create new habits and routines.
This plan can include:
- Creation of specific goals.
- Scheduling concrete actions in your calendar.
- Building positive habits.
- Monitoring and reflecting.
- Being aware of the challenges.
- Strategies to maintain motivation.
- Avoiding Distractions.
- How to get goals done.
Working on your calendar will be something you will constantly do, not just once. Creating a plan is one of the most important steps to get results.

Session 5: Staying on Track and Bouncing Back
Oh yeah! As you go through this program, you may slip back into old habits and routines. It’s NORMAL.
It will happen in your life constantly. The trick is all about how you stay on track and bounce back when it does.
In this module, we will give you practical tools to identify when you are slipping and how to get back on course quickly.
Your mind has been programmed for a long time to function in a specific way and now you are trying to change that. It won’t happen overnight and this is when having that really COMPELLING REASON and help will help you bounce back and get back to work again.
This session is all about REFLECTING and creating lasting change through new habits and routines that will change your life FOREVER. It’s not easy, but it’s so WORTH it.

Session 6: Nurturing your BODY
Sleep, exercise, and diet are key components to nurture your body.
And everyone has different body goals.
Organizing strategies like meal planning and time management can help you maintain a HEALTHY BODY.
We will share with you effective strategies to help you create new habits and routines to keep a healthy body.

Session 7: Nurturing your MIND
Your mind is your POWER CENTER. You can’t control what happens, but you can choose how you react.
Having good mental health is a priority! If you don’t feel well, you won’t be able to do much. Also, your attitude will condition your family and social relationships.
During this session, we will identify the life events that are happening in your life, how they are affecting you, and we will use the power of Self-Care to help you cope with it.

Session 8: STUFF
An Extraordinary life should include only stuff that serves a PURPOSE.
Remember: Food, Shelter, and Health are the three main basic human needs.
Your home is your shelter. Living and working in a healthy and inspiring space is essential to be your best self.
Learn how to embrace minimalism in your life.
This session is all about physical decluttering and organizing. You will learn how to gain control back of your space following our tested system. A system used to help hundreds of individuals eliminate clutter from their lives.
We know how hard dealing with stuff can be. There is a huge emotional aspect to it. With your goals in mind, we will guide you through the process of deciding what to keep and what to let go, helping you make decisions that you feel comfortable with.

Session 9: Healthy Financial Plan
An Extraordinary life should include a healthy financial plan that supports your lifestyle.
Bring CLARITY to your financial life. Take control of your finances.
Whether it is to stop living paycheck to paycheck, get out of debt, or work your way towards financial freedom, we can help you with strategies.
Likewise, if you are in a good financial position, we can help you strategize your finances in a meaningful way. Whatever your financial goals, we can help you get organized.
Money is not the most important thing in life, but money makes the important things in life better.
Not having a healthy financial plan can impact your overall wellness in the form of stress, being forced to work doing something you hate, not being able to enjoy vacation… The list goes on and on.

Session 10: Work and Business Organization
Your work, however you define it, consumes a big part of your life. This session will dive deep into the what and the why behind your work. Are there organization strategies that could be applied quickly to relieve stress or frustration with your work?
We’ll look at the elements from your work that you love, the elements that you hate, and create a plan to eliminate the latter.
Session 11: Re-assessing the plan!
Often, plans change. It’s time to take a look at how you are working towards your original goals and make any ADJUSTMENTS necessary. This session will work through the process of review and adjustment and give you tools for doing this in any of your future projects.
It’s time to integrate all the new cool things you have learned and you feel inspired to incorporate in your life.

Session 12: Tweaking and Celebrating Your Successes
People are often AMAZED on how much their life has changed in such a short time. You will have built better habits, understand more clearly what holds you back and have a plan to go after your real potential.
It’s time to reflect, CELEBRATE the successes and keep tweaking the things that still don’t feel right.

Session 13: What’s next?
At this stage, you will be ready to take on challenges, but you still may want to work further with us. We will discuss OPTIONS with you and see what makes sense. We can keep working on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis providing you as much support as you need.
We can become your accountability partner, checking in on a regular basis to make sure you are on track, and providing the support you need when you need it.

We don’t believe in labels. No one is a hoarder.
