The thing I lik s the best was getting to know Sam and Emilio better. It takes courage to put your authentic self in print and it’s so refreshing to see this. A simple life lived authentically!

What a lovely little book! I’ve spent some time with Sam and Emilio and I’m sure others will agree, they are both so positive, optimistic and inspiring. When I learned they had written a book I was excited to see all their amazing thoughts and tips all wrapped up in a little book! I personally loved reading about their own experiences with all the topics they covered. The section on giving back really stuck with me as I realized that it was something that I’m not very thoughtful about. It really inspired me to hook up with a few local non-profits and donate some of my time and photography skills 🙂 Looking forward to any future books this duo creates!

I read this book during a recent March snowstorm. (Every year I figure if you start “spring cleaning” the warm weather will quickly follow).
This book reads like a warm hug of inspiration!!! Love It

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It’s filled with all kinds of “food for thought” nuggets, and has something everyone can use to fine-tune they way they live their life. I definitely recommend it!

Easy read and very inspirational. My personal take away was in the decluttering/organizing stuff section. I will certainly go back to this when taking on organization projects around my house and classroom. I can’t wait to get started and this book has really upped my motivation! Awesome for inspiration to get your belongings, social life and many other aspects of life organized!

“A recipe for an extraordinary life” is a great read. It is a wonderful reminder of the importance of simplicity in our lives. We have become so focused on the busyness of life that we tend to forget what is truly important. I look forward to implementing some changes in my own life to bring back some simplicity.
