Discover Emilio’s audio meditations on Insight Timer 

During Covid-19 lockdowns Emilio focused heavily on creating audio meditations to connect with our followers. He, himself prefers to listen to content rather than read or watch. He’ll be the first to tell you that nothing makes him feel better than to pop in some ear buds while doing dishes, laundry, or walking around outside.
