Cancellation Policy:

Any appointments canceled by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice to KW Professional Organizers will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment time.

Limitation of Liability:

Client agrees that KW Professional Organizers and its employees are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the client’s failure to carefully review or inspect any disposed items. Once items have been reviewed and removed from client’s spaces those items become the property of KW Professional Organizers. The client also agrees that KWPO and its employees are not liable for any loss or damage, including consequential damages, client sustains as the result of services or advice provided to the client by KWPO, or its employees, under this agreement.

KW Professional Organizers has no control over how much items are sold for when an auction/consignment is facilitated. KW Professional Organizers recommends selling items privately when the client has expectations about how much they want to receive for their items. 

Gift Cards/Certificates

Please note that all gift cards/certificates sales are final and they will expire after 365 days (unless noted in the card/certificate).
